Training Ideas

Build speed, strength and stamina with multiple ways to train.

Push hard for 20-30 seconds, then rest for 1-2 minutes. Repeat until your legs are screaming. This builds the explosive power you need when the game speeds up.

Sprint Intervals

Drop the machine into your HIIT circuit to spike your heart rate. It's a full-body burn that builds cardio endurance without the joint-pounding impact of running.
