Do used machines come with a warranty?
Used machines do not include a warranty from MyEdge, Skier's Edge, or Hockey Edge. Only machines that are purchased from us (or an authorized retailer) include a MyEdge warranty. New machines come with a full 4-year warranty, with optional extensions up to 6 years.
Are new accessories compatible with older models?
Most of our latest accessories are designed exclusively for newer models to ensure optimal performance.
Will I get the same performance with a used machine?
Older models are still very robust, but they may lack the latest advancements, affecting overall performance and training outcomes.
Can I still get support if I buy a used machine?
Absolutely! Our support team is available to assist, regardless of your machine's history.
