SMS/Text Message Marketing Terms & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the box to opt in to text messages
from MyEdge (operated by 1441 Holdings, Inc., doing business as MyEdge, Skier's Edge,
and Hockey Edge), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and
informational SMS/MMS text messages from MyEdge at the mobile number you provide,
including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to
receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Types and Frequency

Messages may include: order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications,
promotional offers, product announcements, cart reminders, and other marketing
communications. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month,
though frequency may increase during promotional periods.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. MyEdge does not charge for the text messaging service,
but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Check your mobile plan for
details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including
charges from your wireless provider.

Time Zone and Quiet Hours

Federal law prohibits sending automated marketing text messages before 8:00 a.m. or after
9:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time. We determine your local time zone using available
information, which may include your zip code (if provided at signup or updated later), your
IP address at the time of signup, or other signals associated with your mobile number. You
may provide or update your zip code at any time by texting ZIP followed by your five-digit
zip code to +1 (866) 622-4162 (for example: "ZIP 90210").
We send marketing text messages between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
This window is narrower than what the law permits, providing an additional buffer to
account for any time zone determination imprecision.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to +1 (866) 622-
4162. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further marketing messages
will be sent to your mobile number unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages
does not affect your ability to make purchases or use any other MyEdge services.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number, zip code, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not
be shared with or sold to any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your
information will be used solely by MyEdge and our SMS service provider to deliver the
messages you have consented to receive. For more information about how we handle your

Your opt-in consent, including the date, time, and method of consent, will be retained for at
least three (3) years or one (1) year after termination of your subscription, whichever is
longer, as required by applicable law.

Modifications

We may modify these SMS terms at any time. Your continued participation in the text
messaging program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised
terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or
misdirected delivery of any information sent through the text messaging service, any errors
in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or
the text messaging service.
